Bunger Surf Shop has 4,000 square feet of retail space in Babylon Village, New York and operates a 2,000 square foot surfboard manufacturing facility in West Babylon. Since the passing of Charlie Bunger Sr. in 2018, Bunger Surf Shop continues to be operated by the Bugner family, Charlie, Jr., Theresa and Tommy, who runs the custom surfboard business. For over 60 years, Bunger Surf Shop has been both a place where die-hard surfers stock up on new equipment and was as well as a place for summer time beach go-ers to get ready for the hot sun and warm waters of Long Island. As long as you love the beach there is something for everyone at Bunger Surf Shop.
Since Charlie Bunger Sr. brought surfing to Long Island and started shaping surfboards for his friends, the Bunger Family has been helping Long Islanders surf the unique waves off our coast.
